DIAGNOSIS OF PUBLIC LIGHTING
As part of the energy transition programmes, smart cities, COP21 and 22. We propose to carry out diagnostics of public lighting by night-time photometry of cities.
The challenges of the communities consist in knowing their heritage, and in particular their energy efficiency, and to raise awareness among the general public by implementing an evaluation policy and means of communication in order to help them become eco-citizens. With a view to better controlling energy consumption and reducing greenhouse gas emissions, Aerial thermography operations demonstrate the thermal loss of roofs of any residential, commercial, industrial and public buildings in order to raise awareness, companies, public and private contractors, on heat losses and on thermal insulation issues. Our presented night-time radiometry systems provide the ortho-mosaic of detailed, georeferenced, very sharp, and halo-free public lighting. The nocturnal acquisitions made with the usual aerial mapping equipment, present diffuse light aspects of circular shapes around each light zone, which does not allow in the condition to carry out photometries of the public lighting.
